OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To help our member obtain all the necessary tools to enable them to provide their customer a great service experience and be an excellent partner to Manufactures and Tpa’s while making a reasonable profit.
We are here to:
- Promote better understanding between the general public and our industry.
- Help members gain and maintain a professional image of their company.
- Provide up-to-date relevant training and education to our members.
- Correct trade abuses.
- Work to improve the image of our service industry.
- Represent our industry in all city, county, state and national affairs.
- Promote and maintain ethical business practices.
- Monitor laws that affect our industry and prepare to lobby for necessary changes.
- Work closely with the B.E.A.R.
- Conduct meetings with Manufactuers and TPA’s in order to help improve our industry.
- Offer valuable training aimed to benefit ones entire company, financial,customer service,cost of doing business, technical training etc.
