In an effort to provide service
technicians with up-to-date appliance
product information, the state association
teamed up with Coast Parts and Purcell
Murray to provide 9 seminars on
both Bertazzoni and LaCornue gas
and electric cooking appliances
from Europe. Purcell Murray
is a master distributor of both
product lines with elegant showrooms
in Huntington Beach and Brisbane,
California. Coast Parts is
a major supplier of service parts
for numerous brands including Bertazzoni
and LaCornue.
Coast Parts provided their facilities
located between San Diego and Fresno,
California for the seminars that
were conducted over the final few
weeks of October. The actual
hands on training was delivered
by the technical service staff at
Purcell Murray consisting of Juan
Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez and
Jose Salas.
Nearly 75 technicians from various
companies received in depth training
while many signed up to become authorized
servicers for these brands.
