Beginning
September 4, 2008
NEW will migrate
from its current dispatch partner
to ServiceBench for all dispatching.
ServiceBench
simplifies the service referral
process by utilizing online dispatching
and claims processing in one location.
Because of your
ServiceBench Dispatch status you
are required to register and attend
a dispatch training session.
If you do not complete one
of these sessions, you will no longer
be eligible to receive
NEW referrals.
We will be contacting you soon
to schedule your training class.
Training classes will vary
depending on your experience with
the ServiceBench Dispatch system.
Please inform your respective
staff that we will be calling to
schedule training.
By using ServiceBench
for both receipt of dispatches and
claims, you will be able to quickly
and easily fill your schedule, update
statuses of the service event and
correct your claims.
Each of these features will
allow you to expedite service and
receive prompt payment of your claims
as-well-as make the entire service
process more efficient!
It is
required that you attend
a training session in order to familiarize
yourself with how to setup and maintain
your ServiceBench Dispatch profile.
There is new functionality
in addition to status updates on
all dispatches with which you must
be familiar.
Upon registration,
you will receive an agenda and training
materials.
We look forward to working
with you and helping you in the
transition to the new dispatch platform.
You will have until August
22 to complete your dispatch training.
